Refund policy
THINGS DIDN'T WORK OUT? NO HARD FEELINGS...
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Antik Kraft receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Antik Kraft access merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.
- Returns that do not fulfill these requirements will be refused and will only be given store credit.
- Antik Kraft will accept the item(s) for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

If you received a handbag as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at Marketing@MMSTradinginc.com with the following information:
*Only handbags bought directly from our website can be considered for exchange
- 1) Order number or first and last name of the person who gifted.
- 2) Date of when you received this item.
- 3) The handbag you would like to exchange it for.

Returns & Exchanges to (Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories & Canada) are as follows:
- Returns: Customer will be responsible for shipping & shipping costs of handbag(s) back to Antik Kraft.
- Customers will be refunded once handbag(s) have been returned.
- Exchanges: Customers will be responsible for shipping & shipping costs of handbag(s) back.
- Once item(s) are received, we will ship your new handbag(s). Free shipping on exchanges.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
- New, unused, unwashed and in excellent condition.
- Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.
- Accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt.
Return and Exchange Restrictions:
- Items purchased in a Retail store cannot be returned to Antik Kraft.
- Items purchased in a Wholesale store cannot be returned to Antik Kraft.
- Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of the purchase, except cash and check refunds will be issued by mail check.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Credit will be issued for the item returned as well as any taxes paid. Credit for returns will not include charges paid for shipping charged incurred on the original order. The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
NOTE: Eligible merchandise purchased on Antikkraft.com using PayPal may be returned to Antikkraft.com for a refund to the purchasing PayPal account only, no exchanges.
Antik Kraft reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
90 Day Warranty Policy (Antik Kraft)
Antik Kraft provides a 90-day limited warranty that covers only manufacture flaws. We do not cover any losses caused by usage, abuse, or regular wear and tear. The following are examples of defects:
- Zipper or hardware failure
- Stitching problems
- Issues with the removable strap
While the product is in the possession of the customer, we are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, abuse, liquid contact, or chemical contact.
If you purchased your Antik Kraft product from a retailer partner rather than directly from the Antik Kraft website, please inquire about the merchant's warranty policy. Antik Kraft will only accept products purchased straight from the Antik Kraft website; we will not accept or replace anything purchased from stores.
While in the custody and care of the assigned courier provider, Antik Kraft is not responsible for any damage or maltreatment of products.
After delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
