Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

  • Free shipping within the Continental US and Canada 
  • Free shipping to Canada (includes duties & brokerage fees)
  • Free shipping on orders of $120+ (USD) outside of the Continental US and Canada
  • $24.99 flat fee to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other outer US Territories 

*We ship to all US states & territories, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses 

Shipment Status: 

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Windows: 

  • All orders placed Monday to Friday by 2:30 p.m. PST/PDT will be processed the next business day. 
  • Orders are not processed or shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
  • Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days after order is placed. 
  • Please note that some orders may take longer to process (especially during the Holiday Season). 

*Please note, all orders are subject to credit approval.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages: 

  • Antik Kraft is not responsible for any shipment delays or delivery issues once the item has left our warehouse and is in possession of the shipping courier. 
  • Antik Kraft does not claim responsibility for missing or stolen packages once a package is marked as delivered per the tracking number 
  • We cannot replace or refund an order after it has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve this matter.

Order Cancellation/Modification:

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, contact us at marketing@mmstradinginc.com within a 24 hour period. Failure to notify us within a 24 hour window may result in the inability to cancel or modify your order. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer's obligation to confirm that the shipping address provided is correct. Please email us at marketing@mmstradinginc.com within a 24 hour period if the original address provided is incorrect. Failure to notify us within a 24 hour window may result in the inability to change the order’s address with the shipping courier. If your package is delivered to the wrong address additional shipping fees may be charged if the parcel is returned and pending reshipment.
