When I bought Samura bag, I love the look, clean lines and multiple compartments. When I decided to use the bag there was damaged clasp. I message the company direct, I had response immediately. HOWEVER BUCKLE ALWAYS POPS AND BAG FALLS ..

Fixed the issue

I took a hammer and lightly banged the buckle in were the opening is. Doesn't come out at all. You may have to force the clip in or bang it with the clip inside the buckle. It works
